Commercial mortgage banking expert joins Denver team
KeyBank Real Estate Capital regional production manager Tony Nargi has made the switch to JLL Capital Markets.
Appointed to the role of managing director, Nargi will oversee the firm’s multi-housing debt and equity placement team in Denver, Colo. He will also be responsible for originating and executing multi-housing financing for JLL’s clients and will report directly to Eric Tupler, senior managing director and co-office head of JLL Capital Markets’ Denver and Salt Lake City offices.
“Throughout the pandemic, we’ve seen increasing demand for various multi-housing properties and expect the needs of our investor partners and clients to grow,” Tupler said. “With Tony’s strong background in executing financing deals and being recognized as a top producer, we’re confident that he will be a strong asset to our growing multi-housing team.”
The commercial mortgage banking veteran brings 15 years of experience to the post. This includes more than eight years working as a senior director at Freddie Mac Multifamily.
