Key hire's "expertise in multifamily origination will be a valuable asset"
KeyBank Real Estate Capital has expanded its commercial mortgage group in the Southeast region with the appointment of Eric McGee (pictured) as a senior mortgage banker.
Based in Atlanta, McGee will originate multifamily loans for KeyBank and report to Chris Black, senior vice president and regional production manager. KeyBank Real Estate Capital offers a variety of financing options for multifamily properties, including affordable housing, seniors housing and student housing. The group also provides interim and construction financing, permanent mortgages, commercial real estate loan servicing, investment banking and cash management services for virtually all types of income-producing commercial real estate.
“Eric has extensive experience in the industry achieving notable success throughout his career,” said Black. “As we continue to expand our platform in the Southeast, his industry relationships and expertise in multifamily loan origination will be a valuable asset to our team.”
McGee brings more than a decade of experience in multifamily, finance, and investment banking to KeyBank. Before KeyBank, he served as vice president of originations at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage. Earlier in his career, McGee worked at Marcus and Millichap Real Estate Investment and The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies.
