Executive aims to help company solidify its position
Toll Brothers has announced that company veteran John McCullough (pictured) will take the helm at its multifamily division as president of Toll Brothers Apartment Living.
In his new role, McCullough will oversee all acquisitions, development, branding, marketing, and operations across the company’s Toll Brothers Apartment Living and Toll Brothers Campus Living portfolios nationwide.
Additionally, McCullough will focus on expanding Toll Brothers Apartment Living’s nationwide footprint, forging strategic partnerships, driving profitability, and helping solidify its position, the company said in its release.
Commenting on the appointment, Toll Brothers CEO Douglas Yearley Jr. said, “We are thrilled to elevate John McCullough to his new role as president of Toll Brothers Apartment Living. His long tenure with Toll Brothers, along with his extensive industry knowledge, proven leadership, and strong focus on delivering exceptional results, align perfectly with our company’s core values. He joined Toll Brothers in 2006 and spent his first six years as assistant vice president for Toll Brothers City Living in New York City. In 2012, the company launched Toll Brothers Apartment Living and tapped McCullough as senior vice president and managing director.
