He will lead the development and acquisitions of medical office buildings
Commercial real estate veteran Nathan Golik (pictured) has taken on a new role at NexCore Group, a national healthcare real estate (HRE) developer.
Denver-based NexCore has promoted Golik to executive vice president of real estate development. In his new position, Golik will oversee the development and sourcing of NexCore's medical office, life sciences, science and tech, and senior housing platforms, as well as seek acquisition opportunities to accelerate growth for the group.

Golik joined NexCore in 2016 as managing director for business development and was later elevated to senior vice president of business development. Before NexCore, he held various leadership positions at Carter Validus, KDC Real Estate Development & Investments, The Cirrus Group, and Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs company.
Additionally, Golik has a proven track record in real estate financing of acute-care hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, micro-hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, cancer treatment centers and medical office buildings throughout the nation.
