Partners Real Estate appoints its first-ever CFO

Partners Real Estate, an independent commercial real estate firm, has named Matthew Steitz (pictured) as its first chief financial officer.

Amid a challenging market, the Texas-based commercial brokerage appointed Steitz to drive its financial strategy, managing financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance that complements the company's growth.

Steitz transitioned to Partners from Conquest Completion Services, where he spent six years holding various leadership roles. During his tenure at Conquest, Steitz was instrumental in multiple credit restructurings and capital raises.

Partners' media release also referred to Steitz's key role in spearheading a "complex 13-week cash flow model that effectively preserved liquidity through COVID-19 and subsequent restructuring, showcasing his ability to adapt and strategize during challenging times."
