Lender aims to enhance its loan origination and management tools for brokers and lenders
RCN Capital has acquired BLN Software, a provider of loan origination and loan management systems for private lenders, in a move aimed at strengthening its technology platform and providing enhanced tools for wholesale lending.
The acquisition brings BLN Software under RCN Capital’s umbrella, allowing the private lender to integrate the platform into its own operations while also making it available to other lenders and brokers. The software is designed to streamline lending processes, improve workflow efficiencies, and support data-driven decision-making.

BLN Software, which has developed technology solutions for the private lending sector, provides tools that help lenders and brokers manage their operations more efficiently. The company’s managing director, Matthew Volz, said the acquisition will allow BLN to scale its offerings.
