It joins other prestigious firms
Private lender RCN Capital is one of the nation’s fastest-growing companies on the 2021 Inc. 5000 list.
The South Windsor, Conn.-based firm ranked no. 3,251 on the list. Earlier this year, RCN was no. 180 on the Inc. 5000 Regionals: New York City Metro list.

RCN Capital initially started out by offering short-term fix & flip products and bridge loans. The firm has expanded and now offers long-term financing and new construction options for investors looking to purchase or refinance residential and commercial investment properties.

Last month, the company opened new offices in Charlotte, NC and Los Angeles, in addition to its main headquarters in South Windsor.
