Velocity Mortgage Capital, a direct portfolio lender for investment-property loans, has released a broker marketing toolkit to bolster independent mortgage brokers.
The broker marketing kit provides brokers with templates such as curated images and copies for customized emails, social media posts, and flyers about the company’s “Sun-Sational Summer Special” promotion. Brokers can add their company logo and contact information.
The company also announced that it is covering the cost of appraisals on investment property purchase loans in August to provide brokers with an offer to boost their summer origination efforts.
“Our mission is to help brokers attract new clients and grow their business by servicing the needs of independent real estate investors and small business owners,” Velocity Mortgage Capital Chief Executive Officer Chris Farrar said. “That goes beyond our mortgage programs to include the expertise, support, and materials required to assist brokers with their origination efforts.”
