A&D Mortgage expands Arizona team with new account executive

Non-QM lender A&D Mortgage has strengthened its Arizona operations by appointing Tracie Wain (pictured) as a new account executive. Seen as a strategic move, it is part of the company’s ongoing expansion efforts in the region.

Wain brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having previously worked as a mortgage loan originator at Nova Home Loans and LHM Financial in Scottsdale, Ariz. During her tenure, Wain excelled in building and maintaining relationships with real estate offices, financial planners, and credit unions.

“Her strategic approach and expertise in developing co-branded marketing initiatives and organizing client events have significantly contributed to revenue growth and client retention,” A&D Mortgage said in its Press release.

Prior to her time at Nova Home Loans, Wain served as an Arizona account manager at Arch Mortgage Insurance in Greensboro, NC. Her career has also included roles at Rodan + Fields, CNN Mortgage, and Flagstar Bank, where she honed her skills in mortgage and client services.

“We are delighted to welcome Tracie Wain to the A&D Mortgage family. Her deep industry knowledge, exceptional client management skills, and innovative approach to sales and marketing make her a perfect fit for our team,” said Andrew Taylor, senior vice president of wholesale lending sales at A&D Mortgage. “We are confident that Tracie will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and continuing to provide exceptional service to our clients.”
