Experienced sales professionals join to drive regional growth
Specialized lender A&D Mortgage has announced the addition of two new account executives to its conventional sales team.
Mike Millsap (pictured left) will be the new account executive in Wisconsin, and David White (pictured right) will take on the role for Southern California. The company said the hires aim to bolster its service and support for mortgage brokers and bankers in these expanding markets.
Millsap brings over two decades of industry experience, including significant achievements in SaaS and B2B sales. His 20 years of experience includes time spent at Blend Labs Inc., Genworth Mortgage Insurance, and Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation (MGIC).
“His exceptional track record in strategic planning, account management, and customer success makes him ideally positioned to cultivate long-term client relationships and expand A&D Mortgage’s footprint in the Wisconsin market,” the non-QM lender said.
Meanwhile, White joins the team with a wealth of experience from his tenure at several prominent mortgage companies in Los Angeles, including FSB Mortgage, Freedom Mortgage, and Newfi Wholesale.
“His successful strategies have resulted in remarkable sales volume increases and market share expansion,” A&D Mortgage said. “David’s deep understanding of loan programs, business sales processes, and his strong networking skills are invaluable assets in tapping into untapped territories and strengthening wholesale relationships.”
