Company enters market as part of ongoing national expansion
A&D Mortgage has expanded its licensing to include Maine as part of its efforts to extend its presence across the United States.
Customers in Maine can now access the company’s various mortgage offerings, including conventional loans, FHA loans, and non-QM loans. A&D said this expansion “aligns with the company’s strategy to adapt to diverse housing needs and market dynamics.”
“We are excited to extend our mortgage services to Maine,” said A&D Mortgage CEO Max Slyusarchuk. “This is a significant step in our nationwide expansion strategy. We aim to provide effective, accessible mortgage solutions to a wider audience, and we are eager to serve the residents of Maine.”

This new venture followed the non-QM lender’s entries into other states, including Iowa, Kansas, and, most recently, Oklahoma and Montana. It also recently released an ITIN loan program designed for non-US citizens.
“These developments underscore the company’s unwavering commitment to broadening its service offerings and providing tailored mortgage solutions to an increasingly diverse range of markets,” A&D said in a media release. “Each new license represents a significant step in A&D Mortgage’s mission to make home financing more accessible and personalized for homeowners across various regions.”
