A&D Mortgage has launched LEADer, a new CRM tool for mortgage brokers to help them manage client relationships and streamline operations.
Available exclusively for A&D’s Approved Partners at no cost, the new CRM platform provides a suite of tools designed to simplify daily tasks and support brokers in growing their businesses.
LEADer’s key features include tools for organizing client information and tracking communications and loan details, all in one central location. Brokers can stay on top of appointments and deadlines with built-in task and calendar management and can capture and track new business leads to help build their client base. Automated email and reminder functions keep clients informed about the status of their loans throughout the process, it was stated.
The Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality lets brokers easily access other A&D platforms like the AIM Broker Portal and ADvantage Loyalty Program without needing separate logins.
A&D said the CRM platform is designed to be user-friendly, customizable, and secure, complying with industry regulations to protect sensitive data. With LEADer, brokers can adjust fields and workflows to fit their specific business needs.
