Specialist lender has hired three veterans
A&D Mortgage has announced the addition of three seasoned professionals to its team of account executives to strengthen its conventional mortgage lending business.
The company welcomed Tommy Williams, Betsy Marvin, and Lori Welton, each bringing decades of experience and a proven track record in the mortgage industry.
Tommy Williams (pictured left) joined A&D Mortgage from Citizens Bank, where he served as a wholesale account executive. Williams’ extensive 24-year career includes significant roles at Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation and Franklin American Mortgage Company, equipping him with a deep understanding of the mortgage landscape.
Betsy Marvin (pictured center) also transitions from Citizens to A&D Mortgage, where she was a senior account executive. Marvin’s notable achievements include membership in both the chairman’s club and president’s club, reflecting her exceptional production capacity. Her experience spans more than 20 years and encompasses various roles in underwriting, sales, and FHA and VA presentations.
Lori Welton (pictured right), previously a senior account executive at Citizens, brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and management to her new role at A&D Mortgage. Welton’s expertise extends beyond sales to include relationship building and strategic planning, making her a valuable addition to the team.
