Seasoned head takes on the helm and prepares for CEO role
Arc Home, a non-QM and non-agency wholesale and correspondent lender, has named Brian Devlin (pictured) as president, with plans for him to assume the CEO role after a transition period.
Devlin will succeed outgoing CEO Richard Bradfield, who is departing the company for new ventures. Bradfield has led Arc Home for the past five years and helped position it as a top non-QM lender.
With over two decades of mortgage industry experience, Devlin’s “extensive background in product development, capital markets, and the non-QM space position him as the ideal leader to steer the company during its next phase of growth,” the company said in a press release.
Nicholas Smith, managing director at Angelo Gordon, manager of Arc Home’s parent company, commented on the appointment: “Brian is an exceptional leader with a background and strategic vision that align perfectly with the goals of Arc Home. We are confident that under Brian’s guidance, the company will continue to excel and provide unmatched solutions and services to our clients. Also, I’d like to thank current CEO Richard Bradfield for his dedication to Arc Home over the last five years, bringing it to a top 10 non-QM lender.”
Before joining Arc, Devlin was a managing director at Finance of America Companies for three years. He has also held various leadership positions at Incenter, Ditech Mortgage, and GMAC ResCap.
