New look, renewed focus on streamlining complex non-QM loan sector
Non-QM mortgage lender Arc Home has announced a major rebranding, as part of the company’s efforts to simplify its mortgage offerings and bolster its market position.
The changes include a new logo, color scheme, and the tagline “Non-QM Made Simple”. The non-agency lender said the rebrand aims to strengthen its industry presence and service offerings.
The rebranding comes alongside recent leadership changes and technological upgrades. Brian Devlin joined Arc Home as president and CEO in October 2023, succeeding Richard Bradfield. Arc Home also rolled out a new broker platform this year, designed to enhance its offerings for brokers and correspondent lenders.

Gerard McGeever, executive vice president of marketing at Arc Home, commented: “This rebrand isn’t just about aesthetic changes. It’s about making a promise to our team, our partners, and the entire mortgage community that we are dedicated to making the non-QM process as straightforward and accessible as possible. We are here to support our partners, grow together, and continue setting standards of excellence in the industry.”
Arc Home anticipates that the rebrand will solidify its position as a leader in non-QM lending. The company also plans further strategic initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and maximizing success in this evolving sector of the mortgage industry.
