The portal allows customers to make secure online payments and access their loan details and history
Citadel Servicing Corporation (CSC) has announced the launch of a new online portal for payments.
CSC’s Payment Portal simplifies the user experience by enabling secure online payments of customers’ mortgages 24/7, the company said. The portal also allows customers to access their loan details, history, tax and insurance information, and ARM details.
“We are continually looking to improve the services we provide our customers, and are very excited to be able to provide an online platform which makes doing just that through this new online payment portal,” said Eric Friedman, senior vice president and director of servicing for CSC. “Launching this service will make it easier for our customers to make their loan payments without leaving the comfort of their home, and we see this being a great success as we continue to work to incorporate additional features into the portal.”
CSC recently surpassed $3 billion in servicing under management. The company said that the introduction of the online portal will enable it to even further strengthen its servicing portfolio.
