New product designed to help underserved, yet creditworthy consumers
National mortgage servicer Home Point Financial Corporation has announced the launch its new Home Point Edge suite of non-agency products.
Home Point Edge will initially offer a near-prime product tier, with expanded access coming soon.
At the helm of Home Point’s non-agency segment is Will Pendleton, senior managing director – non-agency segment manager. “A significant segment of the workforce has been largely underserved by traditional agency and prime jumbo mortgage products for years,” said Pendleton. “The Home Point Edge lending platform is designed to provide financing solutions to those previously underserved, yet credit-worthy consumers.
