Partnership expands options for borrowers with unique financial situations
ARIVE, a loan origination platform for mortgage brokers, has announced the integration of Kind Lending’s suite of non-QM loan options into its system.
The integration is expected to streamline the loan process, potentially leading to faster turnaround times and improved client satisfaction. Kind Lending-approved brokers will have immediate access to the company’s products and pricing within the ARIVE platform. Brokers not yet approved can access Kind’s prospect pricing in the ARIVE marketplace lenders section.
The partnership marks ARIVE’s seventeenth integrated lender.
Founded in 2020, Kind Lending provides over 10 non-QM programs, multiple jumbo and down payment assistance programs, as well as standard FHA, conventional, USDA, and VA loans. The California-based company serves borrowers with unique financial situations, including those with less-than-perfect credit or higher debt-to-income ratios.
“By integrating Kind Lending’s extensive product mix and innovative solutions into the ARIVE platform, we are setting a new standard for efficiency and service in the mortgage industry,” ARIVE chief executive officer Harish Tejwani said in a Press release. “This collaboration will empower brokers with more options and the tools they need to better serve their clients and grow their businesses.”
Kind Lending states that it differentiates itself through dedicated account executives who provide support to brokers. The lender also offers monthly product training sessions and access to its Kwikie marketing center, allowing brokers to personalize materials and build their brand.

ARIVE will also give Kind access to partner with its vast network of broker clients and help them to grow their business.”
ARIVE, a subsidiary of Wizni, Inc., provides a full-stack loan origination platform and wholesale marketplace for mortgage brokers and non-delegated correspondent lenders. The company is supported by multiple wholesale mortgage lenders.
