He brings over 15 years of industry experience as a business development executive
Seasoned wholesale executive Patrick Creek (pictured) has joined non-QM lender Deephaven Mortgage as Western regional vice president of wholesale sales, the company announced Monday.
With more than 15 years of industry experience, Creek will focus on working with brokers within and west of Texas to grow their non-QM business by providing them with dedicated training and support.

“Deephaven is seeing tremendous interest in non-QM products from mortgage brokers who are new to the segment,” Creek said. “I am thrilled to introduce them to our knowledgeable and responsive team.”
Creek came to Deephaven after a stint at Arc Home as regional vice president of sales. Before Arc Home, he served as vice president of wholesale non-delegated sales at First Guaranty Mortgage. He has also held various leadership roles at Advancial Federal Credit Union, Nationstar Mortgage, and CitiFinancial.
“Pat brings deep experience in non-QM sales, operations and loan production to Deephaven. His hands-on product knowledge and passion to be a strategic partner to our customers make him a valuable addition to our firm,” said Deephaven chief sales officer Tom Davis.
