Move will allow company to "evolve collaborative work environment," says CEO
Home equity lender Spring EQ has packed up and moved its headquarters to Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
The relocation is part of a wider strategy to “advance the company’s operations and support its continued growth,” Spring EQ said in an email Press release to MPA. The new office will serve as a hub for employees across departments.
“Located in the heart of Conshohocken, the new office is within walking distance of public transportation with easy access to the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76), the Blue Route (I-476) and the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276) and is surrounded by Conshohocken’s many restaurants and walkable community,” Spring EQ said.
“We are excited to move into a new space that will allow us to evolve our collaborative and interactive work environment at Spring EQ,” said Spring EQ chief executive Jerry Schiano. “This new location in the heart of Conshohocken offers convenient commutes and a variety of options for our team to balance their workday with great building amenities, well-loved options for lunch, and a great neighborhood to explore.”
Founded in 2016, Spring EQ is a national mortgage lender specializing in providing home equity products through its retail, wholesale, and correspondent channels. The company bolstered its wholesale lending team in February with the promotion of Paul Saurbier to senior vice president of wholesale lending and the appointment of Shawn O’Brien as vice president of sales in wholesale lending.
