Strategic moves aim to bolster its industry positioning
ATTOM has announced significant changes to its leadership structure, with the appointment of Ned Stringham as the chairman of its board of directors.
The real estate data company has also promoted two key team members – Ana Flor and Kara Taylor – to chief people officer and chief marketing officer, respectively.
Rob Barber, CEO of ATTOM, commented on the new appointments: “We are pleased to welcome Ned Stringham to our board and eagerly anticipate the valuable insights and contributions he will bring,” Barber stated. He underscored Stringham’s reputation as a forward-thinking entrepreneur and technology investor, noting his alignment with ATTOM’s innovative and tech-forward approach.
Stringham, currently a managing partner at 42 Ventures, brings a wealth of experience as a business strategist and technology investor. His career includes co-founding the SBI Group, a digital marketing and technology consulting firm. Under his leadership, SBI Group expanded significantly, leading to its acquisition by Aquantive, where Stringham also served on the board.
“I am looking forward to serving on the ATTOM board of directors,” Stringham said in a press release. “ATTOM’s unwavering commitment to fostering growth across diverse industries while maintaining transparency in real estate is commendable. I am excited to provide strategic oversight and guidance to advance that tech-forward vision. I eagerly anticipate actively contributing to ATTOM’s success by championing innovative technology and strategies.”
The company said Flor’s promotion to chief people officer reflects her impactful leadership in human resources. She has been instrumental in creating a positive workplace culture and attracting top talent.
Meanwhile, Taylor, as the new CMO, will be responsible for shaping ATTOM’s marketing strategies. Taylor has been recognized for her ability to drive revenue growth and effectively execute both strategy and hands-on tactics. Her role is crucial in advancing ATTOM’s strategic vision and data expansion initiatives.
“The promotions of Ana and Kara, now in key leadership roles at ATTOM, will continue to orchestrate our growth, ensuring that our employees thrive within a vibrant culture and our brand resonates powerfully with our audience, ultimately propelling us to new heights of success in the market,” Barber said. “We look forward to the future of ATTOM and solidifying our company’s unique position as the one-stop shop for premium property data fueling innovation.”
