New initiatives aim to simplify the joining process while offering brand autonomy
The Real Brokerage has rolled out two new programs designed to streamline the integration of independent brokerages and team leaders into the company’s platform.
Through the programs, Real said it wants to make it easier for independent brokerages and team leaders to join its platform while maintaining their businesses’ brands and compensation structures.
Real president Sharran Srivatsaa commented: “In today’s market, independent brokerage owners and team leaders need a platform that gives them the ability to scale. Our Private Label and ProTeams programs give owners and team leaders the power to overlay the Real model – and all of the benefits associated with being a part of the fastest-growing, publicly traded brokerage firm – without losing their brand or altering their economic plan.”
The Private Label program is designed for independent brokerages with a well-established local brand. According to the company’s release, it allows these brokerages to leverage Real’s advanced transaction management platform while continuing to invest in and grow their brand.
The program, piloted in five markets generating close to $2 billion in sales volume, is now available through an application process in states that permit this type of representation.
The second program, ProTeams, was launched to selective teams and set to be fully available in the US and Canada by the end of the first quarter. It offers team leaders customizable options for their team members’ financial arrangements. This flexibility ensures that teams can maintain the structures that work best for them while benefiting from Real’s platform.
“We are kicking off 2024 with a revenue share retirement benefits program for all Real agents and two game-changing programs that give individual brokerage owners and team leaders the ability to join Real with the brand they’ve spent millions of dollars building and the financial models that work best for them,” Srivatsaa said.
