Company's all-cash offer is now available in 13 states
Ribbon, a tech-enabled homeownership company, has expanded its all-cash offer program into Oklahoma.
RibbonCash Offers is now available to Oklahoma homebuyers, who can now waive mortgage, appraisal, and home sale contingencies through an all-cash offer. According to its release, RibbonCash gives homebuyers an advantage in today’s fiercely competitive housing market.
Ribbon, citing data from the Oklahoma City Metro Association of Realtors, noted that single-family home prices were up 10.6% compared to last year, while the number of homes available for sale was down 13.3%.

Ribbon has also extended its reach into Virginia, Missouri, and Indiana. In addition to these markets, the company operates in North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Indiana and Missouri, with plans to expand to half of the US by the end of the year.
