Company shuffles top team
Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation has announced two key promotions within its executive team.
Haley Parker has been appointed as the chief marketing and business development officer. In her new role, Parker will lead Fairway’s brand and marketing strategy, aiming to align marketing efforts with the company’s business objectives and enhance its market presence. She will oversee the development and execution of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns and work closely with various departments to ensure effective and cohesive marketing strategies.
Julie Fry, Fairway’s chief human resources officer, praised Parker’s promotion, stating, “Promoting Haley is a strategic move that embraces Fairway’s commitment to driving innovation and growth. Over her nine years with Fairway and 23 years in the mortgage industry, Haley has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of our market dynamics.”
Parker expressed her enthusiasm for the role, stating, “Stepping into the role of chief marketing and business development officer is truly an honor. My passion for the Fairway Nation and dedication to success drive me. I’m thrilled to lead our mortgage company into new horizons, powered by the amazing momentum within our organization.”
In a separate announcement, Brittny Hovland has been promoted to senior vice president of operational support. Previously serving as vice president of branch support, Hovland will now oversee branch support in addition to the encompass and point of sale teams.
Fairway founder and CEO Steve Jacobson highlighted Hovland’s contributions, noting, “Brittny was instrumental in developing our stellar Branch Support team. Expanding Brittny’s responsibilities will upgrade our service levels to our branches.”
Hovland shared her commitment to her new role, stating, “Street support has always been my top priority. I look forward to ensuring that all day-to-day operations run smoothly and reflect Fairway’s core value of Speed to Respond.”
