Motto Mortgage has expanded its footprint to Michigan with the opening of a new office in Marquette.
Motto Mortgage Express, the latest addition to the franchise, aims to offer competitive mortgage rates and specialized local expertise to homebuyers and refinancers across the state.
The new addition, which positions itself as a customer-centric, full-service mortgage brokerage with a focus on partnering with local real estate agents and prioritizing client service, will reportedly provide a range of loan products tailored to meet the financial needs of the Michigan community.
Jackie Menhennick will lead the Marquette office as the mortgage loan originator and operations manager. She brings over 30 years of experience in mortgage lending and management. The company said she would be tasked with assisting clients efficiently through the mortgage process.
Motto Mortgage Express offers various loan options including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo loans. Conventional loans are ideal for those with strong credit scores and offer down payments as low as 3%, while FHA loans support borrowers with lower credit scores and a down payment of 3.5%.
VA loans are available to veterans with no down payment required, and USDA loans cater to rural areas with no down payment or credit score requirements. Jumbo loans are suitable for larger financing needs but may require a higher down payment. The office also provides fixed and adjustable-rate mortgage options to suit different financial strategies.
