Brokers are not required to obtain licensing under new partnership model
Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG) has rolled out a new real estate partnership program aimed at providing brokers and real estate agents enhanced tech support.
PRMG’s new partnership model is designed to offer support and technology without requiring the broker-owner or real estate teams to obtain licensing, according to the wholesale mortgage lender’s news release.
Carlos Alvarez, with 15 years of experience as a real estate broker, is set to play a crucial role in this new partnership. Alvarez joined PRMG as a broker and “non-licensed branch manager.”
“My objective is to establish this role as the benchmark within the industry,” he said. “With my expertise and background, I am confident that I will thrive in this position and make significant contributions to the growth of the real estate sector. I am eager to collaborate with the team to achieve our shared objectives.”
“I am thrilled with our first real estate partnership with Carlos,” said Kate Robins, branch manager for PRMG’s Baton Rouge branch. “Carlos is a highly respected leader in the Louisiana market. I am confident that the real estate partnership between PRMG and Carlos will yield a tremendous positive impact in Louisiana, empowering thousands of families to achieve the American Dream.”
