MPA has unveiled the winners of Brokers on Banks 2023, featuring the country’s top banks and how brokers rate their experiences with each of this year’s leading institutions.
In the report, brokers emphasised the importance of competitive pricing, diversification of products, online platforms, competitive interest rates, and brand trust for banks. It also highlighted which banks are preferred by brokers when it comes to servicing first home buyers, property investors, commercial investments, and foreign non-residents.
The winning banks received praise for the quality of their commission structure, communications, training and development, and overall customer experience. Brokers also expressed which banks excelled in turnaround times, product and pricing, and BDM support in the past 12 months.
