The tool creates bespoke marketing content for brokers within seconds
Fintech lender MPowered Mortgages has launched Marketing Assist, a tool which uses artificial intelligence and specifically large language models (LLMs) to create marketing content for brokers.
The new tool combines LLMs like Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI’s ChatGPT into a platform designed for the UK mortgage market to allow brokers to generate social media posts, marketing emails, blog posts, website content, and scripts for vlogs or video blogs.
The bespoke marketing content is created within seconds, helping brokers easily produce materials which can attract more customers, as well as engage existing customers.
MPowered said broker feedback during the testing stage had proved positive, prompting the lender to roll the tool out to all brokers nationwide, with the tool expected to assist firms, especially smaller brokers or those just starting out, who do not have the resources or time to create marketing content.

“At MPowered Mortgages, we are constantly looking at ways we can improve the broker journey and help them grow their business using the power of AI, particularly LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude,” stated Matt Surridge (pictured), director of sales at MPowered Mortgages.
“For many smaller broker firms, content marketing is always on the to-do list, and we hope that our platform will help put marketing back on the agenda and enable brokers to produce an instant professional draft that brings their thoughts and advice to potential customers quickly.
“This new tool follows the launch of CriteriaGPT, our sophisticated chatbot which gives brokers answers to complex criteria questions, circumventing the need to speak to the broker helpdesk.”
Dale Townsend, mortgage and protection advisor at the Finance Advice Centre, said the new tool had been “hugely useful”.
“As a smaller broker, our focus is on efficiency and cost-conversion for our clients, and as such, we spend less time than our competitors on marketing and communications,” Townsend explained. “Marketing Assist has been easy, simple and effective. It’s great to see a lender like MPowered using the power of technology to innovate our industry.”
Michael Brown, senior relationship manager at Paradigm Mortgage Services, added that it, too, appreciated efforts that empowered brokers and enhanced their efficiency.
“As advocates for progress and innovation in the mortgage industry, we, at Paradigm Mortgage Services, have been fortunate to have already experienced the Chat GPT tool for brokers,” he said. “The ability to generate draft marketing content through such a platform showcases the industry’s forward momentum.
“We’re keen to see how this tool unfolds, potentially revolutionising the way brokers interact with clients and furthering the reach of intermediary services.”
