Norton Folgate, Amicus Commercial Finance and Amicus Property Finance will all be represented in the new office.
Amicus has opened a new office on Princess Street in the heart of Manchester as it looks to expand its presence across the north.
The new office will provide SME lending, working capital solutions and short-term property loans through its three divisions, Norton Folgate, Amicus Commercial Finance and Amicus Property Finance, the latter relocating from its existing regional offices in Preston.
John Jenkins, chief executive of Amicus said: “We are delighted to be able to cement our business in the north.
“Small businesses are increasingly turning to specialist lenders who have the local knowledge and skills to understand their specific needs.
“Having built a strong business base from our property lending expertise we have significantly broadened our proposition into other areas of specialist lending.”
This will be the first time that all three divisions of Amicus will be based in one office.
