From the 1st November it has removed its £2 million maximum loan criterion. The change marks the successful expansion of UTB’s bridging division.
Rob Love, bridging sales manager at United Trust Bank said: “This is the first of a number of steps that we are taking which reflect our ambition within the sector. We’ve had a strong first six months of lending and now we are looking to capitalise on our funding capacity and appetite to lend.”
Commenting on the move, UTB’s head of bridging, Alan Margolis said “Introducers can be confident that our competitive rates apply equally across the board, no matter what the loan size.”
