The group’s Bridgfords branch will cater for both small and large scale investors from across the region. It will have rental and property management experts providing “all-encompassing service and advice” on new build and resales investment, portfolio expansion, specialist buy-to-let finance and the sale of investment properties according to Countrywide.
Having operated across the North West since 1832, Bridgfords is a well-known estate and lettings agent in the region. The ‘investor hub’ becomes the 62nd Bridgfords office to open in the region and the team will be lead by Ian Culbert.
Commenting on the opening of the Bridgfords Hacienda branch, Bridgfords managing director Mark Alcroft said: “The private rental sector across the region has been extremely buoyant in recent months and this trend looks set to continue. With demand outstripping supply across most of the UK, the lettings market remains very attractive to investors looking to expand their property portfolios.
