Morris helped the team to prepare for regulatory change and growth.

Seaholme will be responsible for managing the field sales team on a daily basis.
He said: "I am looking forward to using my experience and ideas to help the wider sales team deliver on providing a high level of support for all our broker partners and exploring ways in which we can continue to add value to our strong offering."
Akande has worked closely with Karen Bennett, sales and marketing director and the Sales team in helping develop Shawbrook’s wider strategy. He has supported the commercial project list, and will now take a broader role covering all MI requirements.
