OneFamily has appointed Nici Audhlam-Gardiner as managing director of growth, overseeing its growth agenda and product lines, includinglife insurance and lending.
Previously Audhlam-Gardiner was managing director of money and investment services at Saga. Before this she held several senior roles at RBS including products and marketing director of the divestment bank, Williams & Glyn, and managing director of sales and marketing for its commercial bank.
She has worked at Santander, Lloyds and McKinsey and will now report to chief executive,SimonMarkey.

“In prior roles, Nici has led intermediary and direct businesses, with both channels being critical to OneFamily’s future expansion.”
She has worked at Santander, Lloyds and McKinsey.
