He will be responsible for raising awareness of the bank’s invoice finance proposition in the Midland’s area and will report to Tony Smedley, Aldermore Invoice Finance’s Birmingham-based regional managing director.
Invoice finance and invoice discounting are used by small and medium sized businesses to improve their cashflow and fund their future expansion.
Hayward previously held a variety of roles within the RBS Group.
