The Trigold solution is used by over 15,000 mortgage intermediaries who not only have access to mortgage sourcing but also a compliance monitoring tool ‘Compliance Shield’. The system is equipped to provide documentation required by the FSA at point of sale; and archive information for review and monitoring purposes.
BDS was one of the first Networks to receive their ‘Minded to Approve’ letter (received 25th June 2004) from the FSA and are planning to be a Principal for around 25 Appointed Representatives who they will provide a range of compliance solutions for, as required under the new regime post Mortgage Day. They are also offering a Direct Club for any intermediaries who are seeking direct authorisation from the FSA. Intermediaries can sign up to receive a chosen service level encompassing various compliance and technology options.
