Beard-Moore has 25 years of financial services experience with Barclays, working as head of sales support, project manager and regional trainer.
In her new role she will be the main point of contact for the intermediary sales and customer care team.
John Bridge, director of sales and marketing for Cirencester Friendly, who will work with Beard-Moore, said: “Susie has an impressive background in driving teams and individuals to reach their personal best.
