Complete is handling applications to Rooftop under the brand of Complete Mortgage Funding. Rooftop will give control of the originations process to Complete with all mortgage offers issued direct from the packager.
The new arrangement with Rooftop is in addition to Complete’s existing branded lending with Kensington (Complete Home Loans), and GMAC (Complete Residential Funding).
Complete director, Tony Salentino, said “Rooftop products are very popular with brokers, especially the 85% LTV buy to let product that does not apply a rental calculation on the rental property and allows the borrower to have self certified income on their main residential property. Similarly, the Rooftop Right to Buy product that does not require any proof of rent payments fills a niche that brokers will find hard to source elsewhere.
