The product is available for both purchase and remortgage customers, has a free valuation and a total booking fee of £995.
The initial rate of 3.49% matches Abbey’s two year fixed rate and is available until 2nd January 2016.
Martyn Smith, head of mortgage products at Legal & General Network, said: “Abbey has priced this exclusive at the same rate as its current 2-year product giving customers of Legal & General Mortgage Club members an additional 12 months on a very competitive rate.
