The Hub gives instant links to lenders’ KFI services whether online, telephone-based or through the Moneyfacts automated email KFI request service.
The Hub can already be accessed FREE by over 10,000 intermediaries who use www.emoneyfacts.co.uk (The Adviser Portal) or Moneyfacts Mortgage SearchScreen (the PC-based sourcing system).
Emma Butler, Moneyfacts Web Editor, comments: “There is a great level of uncertainty in the market as to who is offering guaranteed complaint KFIs. Many lenders have made it clear they would prefer KFIs to come directly from them rather than from sourcing systems. Some have even stated they will only guarantee KFIs from their own systems.
