The reappointment follows a successful tender process for Countrywide, which involved competition from several leading valuers.
Announcing the news, Chris Shaw, chief surveyor at Countrywide Surveyors, said: "Our relationship with Nationwide spans more than two decades and we are delighted to extend that relationship through this reappointment.
