The semi-exclusive product has a pay rate of 5.69% and is available for loans with a loan to value (LTV) of up to 60% with a £550,000 limit. An arrangement fee of £1,499 applies to the product, which can be added to the loan, and there is no redemption overhang.
BDS feel that the product is very competitively priced for clients looking for a modest LTV and the security of a fixed rate over a lengthy period. The deal is only available direct for both remortgage and purchase.
