The new rates are available from 16 April 2004:
- Self-Certification 2 Year Fixed Rate available at 5.59%, 6.5% APR (an increase of 0.30%)
- Self-Certification 3 Year Fixed Rate available at 5.69%, 6.5% APR (an increase of 0.20%)
- Buy to Let 2 Year Fixed Rate available at 5.79%, 6.6% APR (an increase of 0.20%)
Interest rates on the Self-Certification 5 Year Fixed and the Buy to Let 5 Year Fixed mortgages remain unchanged.
UCB Home Loans has also today announced that its remortgage offer on the 2 Year Fixed and 2 Year FlexiPlus Tracker mortgages is still available. The offer, which is available for a limited period, enables self-certification customers to benefit from a free valuation, representing savings from £230 dependent on the property value.
