These products have been launched in conjunction with the Regulatory Alliance of Mortgage Packagers (RAMP).
Rates start from as low as 6.45% for the 2 Year fixed and 6.40% for the 3 Year fixed. Both fixed rate options have a £250 Cashback, payable on completion and are available on Minor Adverse, Light Adverse, Medium Adverse, Fast-Track and Right to Buy Light Adverse.
The launch of these new products coincides with the news that year to date, on completion volumes, Platform is RAMP’s largest lender. This is an indication of Platform’s continued support for the packager market.
