Commenting on the mortgages, Portman Group Press Officer Lynsey Hallam said: "These fees free mortgages complement our current portfolio and are offered at very competitive interest rates. If industry speculation is to be believed and we do see another interest rate rise in the near future, borrowers fixing into these deals will be well placed for any rate increases in the coming year."
