Middleton-based Prime Finance has undergone considerable growth since it was established in 1999. The company funds commercial and residential mortgage applications, which are sourced through a network of brokers and independent financial advisers.
Montlake and Rashman will continue to manage the business. Their brief is to maximise London Scottish Bank's revenue opportunities by introducing new services and products - in particular, sub-prime commercial finance which will enable the bank to extend its lending to small and mediums sized businesses.
