Following on from the success of the Buy-to-Let (BTL) Forums held in October 2006, the latest seminars will be held in Manchester, Cardiff and London, and will focus on the BTL market, maximising revenue and technological developments in the non-conforming arena. The Select Partnership adds to panel
The Select Partnership has added Capital Home Loans and Advantage to its panel of lenders. Earlier in the year the packager also added High Street Home Loans to the group.
The Select panel now stands at a total of 23 lenders for mortgages and 17 for secured loans respectively.
