Spring Finance has promoted Kate Hill to underwriting manager.
Hill has been an underwriter at the second charge provider since July 2016, while she previously worked for packagers The Loans Engine, Loans Warehouse and Barclays.
She will work with new underwriter Penny Scobie, who has recently joined the company from GE, before which she worked for packager Loans.co.uk.
Another recruit from GE is Erika Leung, who has joined as compliance manager.
The underwriting team will be supported by business development manager, Graeme Wade.
Hill said: “I’m looking forward to my new role and working closely with Penny [Scobie], Erika [Leung] and Graeme [Wade], to ensure that we offer the best service to our brokers at all times.
“We will be bringing excellent broker experience to the business and our aim is to help everyone as much as we can to get deals funded.
“The four of us will be out and about visiting and speaking with brokers to make this happen.”
Stuart Epstein, chief executive of Spring Finance, said: “The appointments are further proof that the company is continuing to grow and looking to the future.
“Broker service is key in our business and I know that Kate, Penny, Erika and Graeme will deliver that, especially with the extensive broker experience of Kate and Penny.”
