Campbell was formerly marketing manager and Grinsted only joined Swift in early March. Both posts report to chief executive officer, John Webster.
Commenting on the moves, Webster said: “These important appointments will help us fulfil our growth potential, enabling Zena to focus on the organisation, management and growth of the sales team.
"I'm very pleased to welcome Nigel Grinsted to Swift. His considerable marketing and operational experience with lenders and intermediaries will be of great value to us as we develop both our products and our distribution.”
Grinsted, whose previous experience included directorships at both Abacus Mortgages and AToM, said: “Swift Group is a dynamic company with an excellent team of people and a great relationship with its intermediaries. The opportunity to contribute towards Swift’s development is one I look forward to.”
Speaking about her new role, Campbell commented: “I now have the opportunity to focus completely on our sales function where we plan to grow our sales team to help maximize relationships with existing supporting intermediaries and drive the expansion of our intermediary base.”
