Cameron Poolman has served as OnDeck Australia’s CEO since the company’s launch to the Australian market in November 2015. With an eye for opportunity, Poolman saw OnDeck Australia achieve 70% growth in broker-generated loans this year, proving that the CEO of the AMA Fintech Lender of the Year gets small businesses. Prior to joining OnDeck, Poolman was founder and CEO of Grays Online, one of Australia’s largest e-commerce groups focused on small businesses, from 2000 to 2014. He grew the company to over $500 million in online sales. Before joining GraysOnline, he was an engineer and production manager at Eveready Australia from 1991-1996. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from University of Sydney and a Master of Business (Marketing) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
