Rob Jupp is the CEO of Brightstar Financial, a financial distributor specialising in residential mortgages and later life lending. After graduating from the University of Birmingham in 1992 with a Bachelor of Social Science degree (Hons) in Public Policymaking, Jupp spent two decades in the UK lending community, holding a range of senior management roles. A regular media commentator, Jupp has won a number of awards in the course of his career, including a British Mortgage Award in 2007, Mortgage Personality of the Year at the annual Mortgage Strategy Awards in 2012 and 2019, Bridging Personality of the Year in 2014, and Business Leader Specialist Distribution at the British Mortgage Awards in 2015.
